He is a member of the International Bar Association, Nigerian Bar Association, Business Law Section, Associate Member Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, A Paul Harris Fellow, A Certified Mortgage Practitioner in the United Kingdom (CMP) & the receipient of Outstanding Leader Gold Award.

Well versed in International Commercial Law Transaction. He was recently appointed as the liquidator for Microfinance Investment Company Limited.

Odeseye Adedayo - LLB (Hons) BL

Is a legal practitioner with wide experience in Civil/Criminal Litigation. He started his legal career with the firm of Shitta Bey & Co. until recently he was with the firm of Michael Nwana & Co.

Oluwole Ashade - LLB (Hons) BL MNIM

Is a legal practitioner with a verse experience in Corporate and Commercial Law Practice. He had a brief stint with Sterling Bank Plc, Karina Tunya & Co., Ojora & Ashade, Barristers and Solicitors, Africa Climate Change Foundation.

He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management. Recently, he received an award of Excellence from Nigerian Economics Students Association LASU Chapter, Ojo Lagos.

Jena Mwuese Ugbeji - LL.B (Hons) BL
